I am often asked the question: "What suggestions do you have for young people?”. Young people today are very flexible and we all need flexibility because the world changes quickly. We should be open and respond, respond with new and different ways. I have traveled to many countries in the world and in many of these places I felt a great opening in the desire to invest in young people. I started treating major education projects in different organizations and I am optimistic for the future but very often I'm surprised because I find that human capital and in particular many young people who are not treated the right way. I think we should start by children, since in the early years of growth begin to make the first important decisions and provide tools to accompany the growth through the power and choice to decide which are trained from childhood.
In recent years I have developed the feeling that there are bad values in the business of managing human relationships and problems in business and the economy are due to the lack of respect and human values, no respect for others. Often people think, for some reason, that if we take care of business you can do bad things, and it is not true. These people do not know that there exists another way. It 'important that the business will adopt a better approach to Coaching, in every sector from the sale, al management, from production to finance.
The question I often find myself answering is tied to how the coach can help the entrepreneur, the manager, the individual to shift his point of view. A good coach is growing with the habit of being able to ask questions rather than give advice or get to say that the person's behavior is wrong. When you meet some not very functional behavior, I very often is very helpful to point out the person does this and that and help it to reflect. The coach can offer many tools to stimulate the person.
We are already getting close to a reality in which sharing and interdependence are changing the growth and evolution.
